The foreman acts as a resource person at our sites. He supervises, plans and coordinates the work on the sites; he establishes the appropriate work methods in order to carry out operations; he oversees management of employees present on the site and he ensures respect for all health and safety measures during each shift. This position therefore requires a variety of skills including being a good communicator, demonstrating excellent judgment, being able to manage conflict and being comfortable working as part of a team.
